When changes are made to your store registries, the registry will be automatically updated on your MyRegistry Gift List. 

However, you can always trigger the updates to appear sooner by signing into your MyRegistry.com account, hovering over THINGS TO DO, select go to Sync/link store registries. Hover over the registry you would like updated, then click UPDATE AND RE-SYNC from the logo of the store you would like updated.
