When changes are made to your store registries, the registry will be automatically updated on your MyRegistry Gift List. 

However, you can always trigger the updates to appear sooner by signing into your MyRegistry.com account, hovering over Things to Do and selecting Sync/link store registries. Click the 3 dots on the store registry logo you would like updated, then click Update & Re-Sync.
