Yes, You can make your Registry Private and not searchable on MyRegistry.com. To make your registry Private, login to your account: 

1. Hover over the Settings tab from the top of the page and select Notifications & Options. 

2. Then under Options, deselect the option Allow my registry to be found on MyRegistry.com.
