Since MyRegistry.com is not the retailer, but rather the platform that directs your guests to various stores, we are unable to handle exchanges or returns. For information on how to exchange or return a gift, please contact the store from which the item was purchased.


Simply disclose to the retailer that you are attempting to return a gift that was purchased of their site with purchase details provided by your guest(s) in your Thank You Note tracker.


Please note, Amazon does not authorize MyRegistry to store order numbers for return/tracking purposes and a return label will be required by the purchaser to initiate a return. 


Target will require a Gift Receipt for returns. MyRegistry will be more than happy to reach out to your guests if needed, per your request.
