To scan items with a barcode on the app, select the Scan button located on the bottom panel. To change retailers, select the Gift Box icon or MyRegistry logo in the top right-hand corner.
Please note, if you are scanning items with universal barcodes for example, brands sold across multiple retailers via the mobile app, results should appear. However, if you are scanning the store's brand-specific items, they will not appear in our search results at this time. You can continue adding those items through the app by sharing the product page or on a desktop with the extension button.
In the event you are having trouble, please email us at customercare@myregistry.com with a screenshot of the barcode and the name of the store.
