Yes. MyRegistry.com allows you to manually add gifts from local stores even if the items are not available online.

DESKTOP:

To add an Offline Gift on a desktop, login to your account, hover over Things to Do from the top of the page and select How to Add Gifts. Scroll down to the last sentence of Step 4 or 5 (may be Step 6 based on registry type) to select the option 'Spot something at a store with no website? Add it with our mobile apps or by CLICKING HERE'.

MOBILE BROWSER:

To add an Offline Gift, log in to your account, tap the Menu button (3 horizontal lines) on the bottom right-hand corner of the panel. You can then click Things To Do and scroll down to Add Gifts by Taking or Uploading a Photo. Enter your image and fill out the information required.
