Yes. Registrants can sort their items by the following:

• Store
• Price Low to High 
• Price High to Low
• Category
• Purchased First 
• Unpurchased First
• Manual Sort

You can choose your sorting option by going to Settings and select Visitor Setup.

If you choose Manual Sort, you can return to the gift list and tap on the item to drag it to where you would like it to be.
