Yes. You can sync your Amazon registry to your MyRegistry.com account. This way, whenever you add gifts to your Amazon registry, it’ll automatically appear on your MyRegistry.com account.

To Sync a store registry, log in to your MY GIFTS page and click the option to ‘Things To Do' located at the top.  Then tap Sync/link store gift lists.
