Draw exclusions allow you to ensure certain guests aren’t matched with each other during the gift exchange. This feature is great for avoiding pairings like close family members or others who shouldn’t be matched. In this guide, you’ll learn how to set exclusions on both desktop and mobile devices. With just a few clicks, you can ensure guests won’t be paired, and exclusions will apply automatically to both parties.

TIP: You can only set exclusions after you're able to draw names.

Desktop

        -Go to your Dashboard in the left sidebar.

        -Click Set Exclusions under the Draw Names button.

        -Find the guest you want to set an exclusion for and click the dropdown icon.

        -Select one or more guests to exclude by ticking the checkbox next to their names.

Mobile

        -Go to your Dashboard in the bottom navigation.

        -Tap Set Exclusions under the Draw Names button at the top.

        -Find the guest you want to set an exclusion for and tap the dropdown icon.

        -Select one or more guests to exclude by ticking the checkbox next to their names.

TIP: Exclusions are reciprocal. If you exclude Betty from John, John is automatically excluded from Betty.
